Browns are an ELICOS college who pride themselves on offering an exciting, result-driven curriculum on the Gold Coast.

Browns did not have any system in place but was managing areas through manual processes. 

Departments that use TEAMS:
 

Marketing – Browns process all their letters of offers through TEAMS, sending the information through to the Agents and/or Students. They are able to track their conversion rates based on these Letters of Offers being approved.

Accounting – Browns process all Invoices and Receipts through TEAMS. They are able to track their Agent Payments through TEAMS via pre-deducted payments and Agent Invoices. They track their payments to Study Gold Coast and other Accommodation Management Centres. Reports that they use for their accounting include Receipts Report, Invoices Report, Fees Overdue Reports, etc. 

Administration – Browns use TEAMS as their main student management system and ensure all their student information is up to date within TEAMS at all times. They actively make use of their merges to reduce the time for their administration staff to communicate effectively with students.
 

Academics – Browns enter all their results in TEAMS at a skill level so they can easily and quickly print out report cards for their students. They easily print their class rolls and enter all their attendance for their students so their attendance tracking is made simple for them.

Future Developments:
 

Browns will be using TEAMS to help them manage multiple campuses and move towards VET Education in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Implementation is expected to start at the end of July.
