Academia International is a VET/CRICOS college which ensures their students receive as much practical/hands on experience in the Hairdressing/Hospitality industry as possible.

Marketing – Academia track their proposals into each course based on Account Managers.
 

Accounting - Academia use TEAMS to print and manage their student’s receipts and invoices. They also track their Agent Commission payments through TEAMS.    
 

Administration – Academia use TEAMS for all their administration procedures. They also send emails out to their student from  TEAMS, print letters from TEAMS to send to their students and send emergency messages via SMS. They print many reports to give accurate figures of their forecast of students etc.

 

Academics – Academia have been heavily involved in changing TEAMS to accurately track their assessment tasks and to allow sub tasks to be used effectively. They combine the system within TEAMS with their manual system to create an effortless workflow.

Academia International has successfully implemented the SRC - Student Resource Centre. They allow their students to access their results online, check and change their contact details easily and quickly from this area.
