As part of our continuous improvement policy at Software Dreams we wish to undertake an overhaul of the agents’ commission templates section of TEAMS.  We have seen a transition away from the old way that commission structures work and we now want to redevelop them based on the current industry requirements. 

Why this forum? 

We want to give our clients the opportunity to be part of the growth of TEAMS and over the next few months we will have other forums available in regards to redevelopment areas in TEAMS.

What we want to know?

1. What are the issues (if any) you are facing with the current version of commission templates in TEAMS?

2. What would your ‘wish list’ of changes to the commission templates be?

3. Apart from your standard commission structures for Agents, do you do specials where for a period of time/number of enrolments, etc. you provide ‘special’ commissions to agents?  If yes, how does this work?

4. Away from your standard commissions do you pay some sort of ‘bonus’ structure to agents and if so how does this work?

IMPORTANT

This forum is in relation to your agents’ commission structures NOT how TEAMS necessarily raises the agent commission invoices.  We are currently redeveloping the agent commission invoices in a similar way that student invoices are done with the flexibility to edit the amounts and dates of invoices, etc.  Please feel free to add information if you feel it is necessary but we are specifically looking for how you create/use commission structures for your agents.
