Departments that use TEAMS:

Marketing – HHH have always heavily used the marketing section of TEAMS to track their prospective students and enter their Letters of Offers to ensure there is a complete distinction between actual students and prospective students.

Accounting – In addition to the standard accounting procedures, HHH regularly run many reports to assist them such as the Agent Statistical reports, Payments Collection report, Invoices and Age Debtors reports to name just a few. Their accountants have had direct input into the modifications to TEAMS to ensure their reports deliver all the outcomes they desire.

Administration – HHH concentrate on ensuring their attendance is regularly entered and makes student allocation to classes easy with their starters report to identify definite and possible starters for following weeks and finishers reports to identify who will be leaving the college. They keep track of their student numbers using the current students report. With these types of reports they are able to easily forecast their student numbers and ensure their class allocations run smoothly.

Academics –
The academic department concentrate on creating their new schedules for the two separate campuses they manage. They print off their certificates of achievement and attendance at the end of the course easily.
