About the Spot
 

The Spot Community Services is a dynamic community organisation focused on identifying current, ongoing community issues and initiating creative solutions. The Spot aims to be a catalyst for social change by strengthening and mobilising young people, families and communities.
 

The Spot Community Services provides a wide range of services that directly respond to the needs of the community it serves. In the 10 years since opening the doors of its Youth Drop-In Centre, The Spot has helped countless people in the community including:
 

• Young people who are disengaged from family, school and/or community. 

• Young people in crisis. 

• Families in immediate crisis. 

• Families in need of long-term support and/or intervention. 

• Women in need of help with re-entering the workforce.
