SSA offer both international students and local students a variety of childcare courses. Their robust training methods along with supporting child care centres provide an educational model that is structured to suit the needs of the childcare industry. Departments that use TEAMS

 

Marketing – SSA enter all their proposals into TEAMS to ensure that they can always easily see what Letters of Offers that are currently outstanding. This also ensures that their enrolment information shows only accepted students and outstanding fees. They are also able to generate statistical information on how their marketing efforts are going.

Accounting – SSA enter all their account information into TEAMS so they can pull accurate reports for outstanding fees and incoming money.
 


Administration – SSA implemented from the start their class roll printing and attendance entering into TEAMS. Monitoring of attendance ages is made easy. SSA also take advantage of the simple AVETMISS submission process to report all their required students within their due times.
 


Academics – All their results are also entered straight into TEAMS so they can do all required reports on them to print certificates easily. They have incorporated the SRC (Student Resource Centre) into their organisation effectively so students can upload their assignments online into TEAMS enabling their Trainers to download the assignment from anywhere and enter their results straight into TEAMS. This is then instantly accessable by the Students.
