Report Parameters – There are two tabs for this report parameters screen:

General Tab:

Field	Explanation	Important/Impact
Start/End Date	This is the date parameters for when the items were entered into TEAMS.
Prospect Name	Select a prospect from the lookup to print for just 1 prospect.
Campus Name	If you want to print Prospects from specific Campuses select one or more of the campuses from the list.
Course Name	If you want to print Proposals from a specific Course click the Go button and then select the Course from the list
Academic Schedule	If you want to print Proposals from a specific Schedule select the lookup icon to pick the schedule.
Employer	If you want to print Prospects from a specific Employer select the lookup icon to pick the Employer.
Agent Name	If you want to print Prospects/Proposals from a specific Agent select the lookup icon to pick the Agent.
Prospect Type	If you would like to select different Prospect Types use the tick boxes to select from the list
Prospect Status	If you want to print prospects at a particular level or stage then you can select from the drop down list.
Proposal Status	If you want to filter the Proposals then you can select the options using the tick boxes
Show	Select if you would like to show All Prospects and Proposals, Prospects Only or Proposals Only.	This option is defaulted to All Prospects and Proposals.
Account Manager	If you want to filter the Prospects/Proposals by Account Manager then select the tick boxes for the specific managers.
Template	The TEAMS Template will default until you have adjusted the template to your requirements.	You will then have a list of templates that you will be able to choose from the drop down box.

Advanced Tab:

Field	Explanation	Important/Impact
Marketing Source	If you want to filter by the Marketing Source select the different options using the tick boxes
Enrolment Type	If you want to filter by the Enrolment Type select the different options using the tick boxes
Nationality	If you want to filter by the Nationality select the different options using the tick boxes
Prospect From	If you want to filter by where the prospect was entered select the different options using the tick boxes
Overseas	Select if you would like to show All Prospects, Overseas Prospects or Local Prospects.	This option is defaulted to All.

You can sort this report by the following fields in either

 Ascending or Descending order:

1. Proposal #
2. First Name
3. Last Name

You can Group the entries by the following:

There is no Group By option in this report.

Proposal #	Displays the Proposal #	If it is an entry for a prospect no Proposal # will appear
Student Title	Displays the Student’s Title
Student First Name	Displays the Student’s First Name
Student Surname	Displays the Student’s Surname
Account Manager	Displays the Student’s Account Manager	If it is a Prospect Entry it will display the Account Manager selected at the Prospect Entry screen, if it is a Proposal it will display the Account Manager at the Proposal Screen.
Local Address Line 1, 2, 3	Displays the Student’s Local Address Lines 1, 2, and 3.	These are all in separate columns.
Local Suburb	Displays the Student’s Local Suburb
Local State	Displays the Student’s Local State
Local Post Code	Displays the Student’s Local Post Code
Local Country	Displays the Student’s Country
